My experience at Boots was excellent. The comprehensive eye health checks and explanations were outstanding. The staff at Meadowhall, Sheffield is a very friendly and helpful team. Katie and the team were extremely pleasant, giving great service as soon as I walked into the opticians. I was made to feel welcome and was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Katie also went above and beyond what I'd expect, as she filled out a form I needed for a recent job application (which required an eye test). Thank you for a great experience and keep up the fantastic work!

The optometrist was very friendly and made my daughter feel at ease during her appt. for glasses an contact lenses.We extremely appreciated abn how she was treated on her individual needs as an Ehlers Danlos Syndrome suferer. Although it will be more helpful in staff were informed about connective tissue illnesses and their impact on the eyes health management!
